• Each school has different requirements, which may include letters of recommendation.
• To apply for the program at Wonderful College Prep Academy, you must already be enrolled at the school, or have confirmed registration for 9th grade with the school. To learn more or apply to Wonderful College Prep Academy, visit their website.
Click the Apply Now button on the homepage to be directed to an online application that will then be forwarded to the appropriate high school.
Most schools begin enrolling students during the spring semester of a student’s 8th grade year and accept applications through mid-to late-April (it varies from high school to high school). To learn more about each school’s specific enrollment process please visit the school’s website or call the school’s main office.
Seats are limited. If number of applications exceeds the number of available seats, schools may use middle school transcripts, short answer essay questions, and/or student interviews to determine if a student is a good fit for the program. Students with 504 or IEP plans are welcome to apply, and appropriate accommodations will be provided.
Students will be notified of their acceptance into the Career Pathways program before May 31st.
All students and family need to attend a program Orientation in the Fall. Program Coordinators will notify you of the date.
Program Overview
• Pass two-third (66%) of college courses in respective pathway program with a C or higher by end of 9th Spring semester
• Pass all 9th grade A-G courses
Dual enrollment allows high school students to take college classes while they are still enrolled in high school. These classes count for both high school and college credit. High school students who complete dual-enrollment classes generally take fewer classes in college and save money on total college costs.
All college course fees, books, and supplies are offered for free.
Each school’s program is a little bit different so these numbers may vary by site. Click here to check the roadmap for each program. (https://www.wonderfulpathways.com/learn-more)
